Collection of information and registration for services As Proprietor of data processing, SCARPILand sas informs you that the personal data that you have provided, either voluntarily or automatically through interaction with the booking or information request services on our website www.scarpiland.com, will be processed, subject to your consent, in order to provide you with the services requested and to create client and user profiles.

WE wish to inform you that the transmission of your data to SCARPILand Srl is always your own responsibility. You are not obliged to provide us with any further information, but should you do so, you will help us to guarantee a more satisfactory service that is better suited to your expectations (new service proposals, special deals etc.).

Registration for e-mail services (double opt-in)
Each request for registration to services is checked by SCARPILand Sas using a system that requires subsequent confirmation by the requesting party or party that has forwarded a booking application (double opt-in), in order to ensure that the person who sent the form is the real owner of the e-mail address to be subscribed.

In compliance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, we wish to inform you that you possess all the rights described in "Art. 7. Right to access to personal data and other rights".


The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation on whether or not his/her personal data exists, even if it is yet to be recorded and to be transmitted the personal data held in an intelligible form.

The interested party has the right to object, totally or in part, and for legitimate reasons, to the processing of his/her personal data, even in the case of information pertinent to the purpose for which it was collected; to the processing of his/her data for advertising, promotional or market research purposes.
