The Village rates include:
Electricity-Gas- Hot water-Crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils - Shower WC-Fridge - Car parking space - VAT 10%.
BOOKINGS: minimum one week from Saturday to Saturday. In addition to the cost of the Residential unit, the minimum price for 2 adults is calculated.
ARRIVALS: from 4 pm - DEPARTURES: by 10am.
Bedlinen only upon reservation for the price to Euro 6,00 per person/each change;
Cradle (Reservations required) Euro 2,50 per night.
Animals are not allowes.
BOOKING CONDITIONS
BOOKING CONDITIONS
1. Reservations must be for at least of 7 nights (except in May).
2. Arrival: rented units from 4.00 pm to 10.00 pm Departures: rented units from 7.00 am to 10.00 am
3. For the rented units required a deposit of: 1 week: € 50,00 in April - € 100,00 in May - € 120,00 in June - € 150,00 in July - € 200,00 in August - € 100,00 in September. 2 or more weeks: € 155,00 in May - € 230,00 in June - € 300,00 in July - € 350,00 in August - € 155,00 in September. The sum of € 10,00 will be deducted to cover our booking lees.
4. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be refunded in full, if written notice of the cancellation seaches the campsite at least 45 days prior to the start of the booked period.
5. In case of late arrivals, reservations will remain valid until 3.00 pm the following day. Guests are however kindly requested to notily the Management of any delays in arrival.
6. The whole booked period with a minimum of 2 persons must be paid even in case of late arrivals or early departures, caused by any reasons.
7. For delayed departure the guest pay € 30,00; for no-cleaning rented units the guest pays € 40,00.
